William Watts

William had a long career in traditional money and bond markets in the UK, US and European Rabobank. William became Head of Solar Lending, then took a placement in Rwanda for Rabo Development as a special advisor for Banque Populaire du Rwanda. William returned to the UK in 2009 and after managing a portfolio of wind farm and forestry assets for a niche asset manager he became a founder partner of the Low Carbon Group.
