Ryan Stodart

Ryan has worked as a Senior Researcher with a focus on innovative climate technology, business models and financial mechanisms. Following this, Ryan was the Sales Director for an international meat-alternative company. Ryan received an LLB in Scots law from the University of Glasgow, an LLM in International Law & Sustainable Development and is a Climate-KIC Masters Label graduate in Climate Change Entrepreneurship.


Natalia Cermeño

Natalia has over 20 years investment banking experience in Capital Markets. Most recently, she was a Managing Director heading the Rates Structuring team for NatWest Markets. There she focused on structuring and originating solutions as well building funding platforms. Prior to this, Natalia held various leadership positions at Barclays Capital and JPMorgan building new businesses. Natalia holds a BSc in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Comercial de Deusto (Spain) and has completed the Sustainable Finance programme at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

Neil Shah

Neil Shah

Neil had an early career in corporate finance at Goldman Sachs and UBS. Since then, he has been a serial entrepreneur and venture capital investor. Neil offers a wide range of financial experience (from investment banking to algorithmic trading) together with project finance and successfully exiting businesses.


Jordan Isvy

Jordan has interned in Global Markets at BNP Paribas as well as in the Technology Department at Edelman PR. He holds a degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Edinburgh. During his time in Scotland Jordan worked part-time at Economics for Change, a think tank based in Edinburgh.


Fiona Melrose

Fiona spent over 20 years in equity research analysing financial services and heading up bank equity research teams. She then moved into strategic roles at banks and was head of strategy for UBS Investment Bank. Fiona graduated from York University with a BA Hons in Economics and from LSE with a MSC in European Studies.


Oliver Peck

Oliver has 15yrs of experience across the sell side and most recently the buy side where he was Business Manager for Global Distribution at CQS (Credit Hedge Fund) in London. Prior to this Oliver held a number of positions in the City across Risk Management and Global Markets Business Management at Nomura, Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. Away from work Oliver has his hands full with 2 young kids and is a passionate rugby fan and a lover of the outdoors. He has recently completed the Henley Business School Executive Hedge Fund Programme and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Economics from the University of Leicester.


Alice Moore

Alice previously worked at Citi Group in London as an Investment Banking Analyst, working in Debt Capital Markets in the Financial Institutions Group. Prior to this, she spent time at United Nations in the department of Economic and Social affairs in New York. Alice holds a degree in Economics with French from the University of Bristol.
